Little Caesars Pizza - Burlington

"I had a terrible experience ordering online from this restaurant. I paid in advance and arrived 5 minutes after my scheduled pickup time, only to find the store closed! A girl eventually unlocked the door while wearing pajamas and informed me that no one had come in to work that day. I'm really frustrated, as I've tried other locations and they aren't any better. The quality of service and products at these Burlington stores is awful! They took my money for a pizza that I never received!"

I encountered several issues during my visit to this restaurant. Firstly, there was no seating available while waiting, which is particularly challenging for individuals with disabilities. Additionally, my food took twice as long as the time indicated when I placed my order. There was a lot of confusion in the preparation area; they either missed one of my pizzas or mistakenly gave it to another customer. To add to my frustration, I overheard one of the young staff members laughing about my disability while I was waiting. The chef even commented that I wasn’t paying enough for my order, which consisted of six pizzas totaling $61. I won’t be returning to review this business anytime soon.

I always go to this little Cesar. Tonight, pizza and cheese sticks were the best I got in a while. Either I'm almost always happy with the pizzas. The Italian cheese sticks are my favorite, especially if they do not hesitate on the cheese.

Got a hot and ready form here. More like last nights left overs. The pizza is cold and stuff the cheese is dry. And the crust has a pale pasty color to it. They bump up the price for the pizza and can?t even produce a school lunch quality pizza. Very disappointed in this place.

I ordered a cheese pizza and bread sticks online to ensure freshness when I arrived I was given a black pizza and 61/2 bread sticks. I couldn't trust them to do their jobs properly the first time so I couldn't trust asking them to do it over without being spiteful or malicious towards my food. Just shut the place down no one there wants to work.
