Hacienda Dining - Burlington

"I'm not sure what else to say about this place—it was overcrowded, and I could hear every word of the conversation at the table next to us. The service was quite poor, and the food was served cold. While it tasted decent, it was barely at room temperature. It felt like my plate had been taken straight from the refrigerator. Our server was impatient; they slammed our menus down and asked if we wanted appetizers before we even had a chance to look over the menu. After that, we never saw them again, except for when they were sitting at the bar. I’m sorry to say that this is a restaurant I will be avoiding in the future."

What can I say? It was overcrowded—I could overhear the entire conversation at the table next to us. The service was awful, and the food was cold (it tasted fine, but it was barely room temperature). After that, we never saw them again, except for when they were sitting at the bar. I'm sorry, but this is a place I'm going to avoid in the future.

I had high hopes for my meal, but while the steak itself was decent, it arrived barely warm. The plate it was served on was cold, and the butter didn’t even melt on the baked potato. The service was lacking; after taking our drink orders and placing our food order, our server never returned. Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience, and I won’t be coming back.

Always a good meal, we go to Minot for a weekend of shopping from Regina Sask, Canada. Entries are so reasonable Rib Steak was on sale for dinner on Sat for $11.00!!

I had a delightful experience at Hacienda! The food was truly delicious, and the service was outstanding. The inviting atmosphere made it even better, and the prices were very reasonable. Thank you for offering such a wonderful dining experience for any occasion!
