This restaurant is a true hidden gem. My husband, an international traveler with discerning tastes, considers this the most authentic Colombian cuisine he's ever experienced. My family and I have dined here multiple times, and the food is always delicious. Everything is prepared fresh and made to order. I consistently leave our visits completely satisfied. It's undoubtedly the best Colombian restaurant in the country!

After being incredibly let down by a recently opened Colombian restaurant in Raleigh, discovering this gem felt like finding treasure. The yucas were perfectly delectable, and the churrasco was wonderfully juicy. The beans and rice would make any Colombian proud. It was truly satisfying to stop here for a meal, even if it meant dining in the car due to COVID.

I opted for the daily special, which included chicken and yellow rice, as well as red sausage. Both dishes were beautifully seasoned, but I was particularly impressed with the yellow rice—it was some of the tastiest I've ever had, boasting bold and perfect seasoning. As for the red sausage, while it was milder than typical chorizo, it was equally delicious, perfectly cooked, and had a delightful snap from the natural casing. I also tried the red bean soup, which was mild yet packed with flavor; it featured a thick, savory broth combined with delicious red beans. I must mention the plantains—I was a bit disappointed to find only three slices, as they were sweet, soft, and utterly delightful. If you're in search of authentic Colombian food, Colombian Cravings is definitely the place to go!

This was my first visit, and I was really impressed! The food was delicious and served hot. I ordered the chicken empanada and arroz con pollo. The empanada was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside—I loved it so much that I didn't even have time to snap a photo! The main dish, arroz con pollo, was packed with flavor. I definitely plan to come back!
