Chick-fil-a - Burlington

I believe that if the corporate office saw what was happening at this restaurant, they would shut it down and retrain the staff to meet the quality standards of Chick-Fil-A. Orders are often incorrect or incomplete, and it seems like the person in charge is the source of all the problems and disrespect towards customers. The restaurant seems to operate in a state of chaos, with two rude women, possibly in positions of authority, who seem to have bad attitudes that affect the customer service. It is disappointing to see such a decline in the restaurant's standards from what used to be a high level of quality. It is unlikely that you would find a Chick-Fil-A location that is as poorly managed as this one.

This restaurant is your typical Chick-fil-A. The service was accurate and efficient, the food was hot, and the restaurant was clean. When we arrived, the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building so we decided to eat inside instead. We didn't have to wait at all.

We had a great experience at this fast food restaurant. Three of us, including a service dog, came in and received excellent service, as we always do at Chick Fil a.

Picked up two trays for Christmas, and was very pleased with both of them.

I like chick fil a; I like how quick they are, but I ordered the chicken nuggets, which I did not like at all! But, that's me. But can never go wrong with the criss-cut fries and Chick fil a sauce!
