Not having workers make fun of someone with a handicap or medical condition. a friend of mine and her sister who has Parkinson's disease was terribly disrespected and when my friend asked to speak to the Manager, a unkempt young man came out and basically said, what do you want me to do about it and would give no info for placing a complaint. shame on them!

I’d give a zero but that’s not possible. My mother has a disability and went to this location. Two of the employees were extremely rude, snickering and making faces at her behind her back while my aunt noticed them. The manager was very dismissive and didn’t seem to care about the situation. You should talk to all of your employees and make this place better. The employees who acted like this you should be ashamed of yourself and think how would you feel if you were in my mother’s situation. I can assure you this isn’t a “Karen” situation. You made her feel very uncomfortable so much that she just decided to leave and dine elsewhere. Do better.

You have the Worst customer service ever, employees making fun of my sister (Blonde young lady)as we waited in line to order food whispering, laughing and making fun of her! for those of you that know my sister, she has Parkinson 's and has a lot of uncontrolled movements. I asked to speak to a manager who came out in a t shirt and didn 't have a much to say!! Needless to say I 'm so disgusted! PSA-If your nit sure if someone is drunk or has a medical condition and you are truly concerned about someone ask them if they are ok. They will then explain they have parkinson 's or whatever is wrong!!! I 'm so upset right now and can only imagine how my sister feels. Needless to say we walked out without eating!!! Roscoe 's your staff including your manager John dropped the ball on this one and should be completely embarrassed!!!!

Meh. Average BBQ. VERY expensive. Less than enthusiastic staff.
