Pizza Hut - Burke

Try to use their app tonight and get their new triple treatment box. Treat Box was not available at this point. $5 offers on their website also listed not available at our site (sigh), so we found something else. Then her app gave the Oops... something went wrong... Does not say where the problem is when there is something we do, website problem, etc. A few times returned with the same answer. So we get Dominos today.

The staff that are here are really nice, at least when I went there, the pizzas taste amazing as well. The only reason I have this pizza hut a four star and not five is because of the price it was not a bad price at all I mean we got I deal but still.

Think of it this way...who would take the time to actually leave a review of four or five stars most of the one Stars you see are because people are dissatisfied and thought they could get retribution from giving them one star was greeted buy a couple of young students I placed my order we made about 30 seconds small talk he told me to wait 15 minutes for my order which was a large order I received it warm and cooked to perfection and left. Advice treat others the way you want to be treated or because fast food workers are like mirrors they reflect what's coming off of you or else they wouldn't be hired in the first place

The order is easy to leave a star review because I was given the wrong pizza or they do not disturb the double check on the order or not interested, as the order is close to the closing time, whatever this neglect was unacceptable update 6/3/2022: who would have thought that pizza hut would actually pay attention to their reviews, especially mine that have only 9 reviews under my belt. Short story to change my review and outlook for this business as it actually made it right. Remember that it actually reached the Regional VP Northeast and the District Manager for Burke of Pizzahütte and I received the call personally. I can only thank you and appreciate how the Pizzahütte treats me as a customer. I will not be forced to change my review for this review (originally 1 star up to now 5 stars), was not even part of the whole conversation, only a happy customer who wants to express my satisfaction.
