Five Guys - Burke

I ordered a large fries and they gave me in the medium bag. I have been to other Five Guys and they don't use these small bags but big ones. Small bag small portion. This is scam.

I ordered online for curbside pickup. I sat in your parking lot like a chump for 20 minutes. So I called, and you in informed me that you don’t do curbside. Then why is curbside an option online???? Why on earth do you ask for a tip—a 20% tip at that!! What additional service is provided for that tip?? Nothing!! I had to come inside to pick it up anyway. If I knew that you would treat me like any other walk-in, then I wouldn’t have included such a GENEROUS tip! Do you ask all your walk ins for a 20% tip???

I love Five Guys, but it's pricey, so we don't go often. From my experience, the bathrooms are usually clean, even when it's busy.Parking: There are more spots across the street, but people tend to park in the back, which can be farther from the door.

Food was good (I’m not a fan of burgers but I actually liked this one) and the staff was very friendly. Atmosphere is nice too.

Standard five guys burgers were juicy and fries were cooked but not as crispy as I would like.The Coke machine was out of ice and many of the choices in the machine were out.
