Chick-fil-a - Burke

Fantastic and friendly staff, good food, clean restaurant. 10/10 would recommend! Can be busy, and the parking is small, but if you have patience, the reward is worth it.

We ordered a large amount of Chick-Fil-A catering for our office party. My only complaint was that the catering was not ready when I arrived. As far as I could say, they mounted the trays when I arrived. That made me 20 minutes too late for the event. The food was great and people worked as friendly as usual! We love Chick-Fil-A.

We waited a while to get food. 8 cars after us were served... The guy who brought us our food had no explanation if it was something we ordered, sometimes the kitchen goes after. Root beer option was not advertised. But have to give them props to change the drink to root beer on the serving window and very pleasant staff.

All chicks fil a that I have eaten, the staff are always polite, friendly and helpful. This is as expected. The waffles were on the softer side, but still go. I want to eat the Cobb salad. Expect to be as tasty as anyone I've eaten.

I've been to this location a handful of times with my wife and son and I'm always fascinated by how the place is teeming with some of the friendliest and most charismatic staff. I wish I could drop names, but it's been too long since I last visited to recall any names. One time I recall it was shortly after breakfast had ended so only lunch/dinner cuisine was being served, and the young man working register knew I was interested in having eggs, and without me asking, nor any hesitation he gave me a free* hot breakfast burrito leftover from the morning rush. That kind of service and commitment to customer satisfaction was so refreshing its been weeks since the fact but the act of kindness will forever stay with me. The young man is bilingual if I'm not mistaken, has tattoos on his forearms and I wish I could remember his name. I have spoken to others about his exceptional kindness and I hope he is identified by management and given recognition for his commitment to going above and beyond. I will recommend this establishment for its unmatched service and marvelous quality of chicken :
