Taco Bell - Burkburnett

The experience was quite disappointing; when you go inside, they don't even acknowledge your presence.

The staff was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious. My order arrived exactly as I had requested.

I just went through the drive-thru and ordered two crispy chicken tacos. The chicken was extremely stale. I took one bite and had to spit it out. Plus, they aren't answering their phone.

Despite being located next to a major highway in a town that's adjacent to a military base, this location has not only limited hours of operation, but constantly lacks supplies for the most commonly sold items on the menu for other chain locations. Their hours may have recently changed to accommodate the breakfast menu, but their lobby remains closed until 10 AM for no reason other than the management seeming hellbent on making sure this store is closed. Based on what colleagues have told me, this store has not changed its lackluster approach to business in at least a decade and it's a wonder they're still open. And having been there multiple times now, I can agree with them wholeheartedly.

We’ve been avoiding this Taco Bell for a while, based on others reviews. However we had a gift card so wanted to use it. We ordered online, a pretty complicated order, and everything was fresh, CORRECT, and tasted wonderful.
