Sushi Maki - Burien

My husband, kids and I really enjoy Sushi Maki. The staff is always kind the wait time is not too long. The sushi always comes out delicious. My favorite is anything eel, my husband loves the salmon and my kids love anything with crab and shrimp.

Really good sushi! Just wish the customer service was a little better! The male that works here I forget his name but he’s super nice but the lady is not as friendly. The way she answers the phone, just rushing you and also when you come into the place she isn’t welcoming. But sushi is 10/10 ALWAYS! The best spot!!!

Great service from great people and the food always hits the spot! Been a loyal customer for years and the food has never failed to be exactly what I want.

Probably in my top 3 sushi spots and I eat a bunch of sushi. the options with cream cheese are amazing.

I have been a customer of this place for more than 3 years so needless to say I do like it a lot buuut the lady answering the phone is borderline rude, the way she answers the phone and rushes you to answer and the whole interaction overall is rude. Every time I call I wish the male person who also works there answers the phone… he is much nicer! No complaints about the food but their customer experience needs LOTS of improvement.
