Tata Teahouse - Burgoon

One of the best places in Fremont for having a drink, a shaved ice and relax. They provide boba teas and snacks. You must try their Chinese crepes. It is delicious.

Just an efficient tea place with reasonable prices. I always order at the kiosk and have never had a problem. Ample seating with good tables and chairs.

Horrible I had a very bad experience at this place I went and I got a Boba and it was way too sweet they didn't even give me a refund or an exchange on it because I didn't want it I asked for a refund or exchange they said no I asked can I get a discount or another one they say no so I'm confused and it smells so gross in there I just wanted to let you to know I'm never going there again horrible service there very rude never again now we know why they have a 3.5 Or should i say 0.5 rating

What happened to this place? I used to really like the service. Now there is a computer to place one's order. But I could not order what I wanted. It took several minutes for anyone that come out, and once they did, I still couldn't get what I had wanted: Black milk tea, zero sugar. Very basic. I've ordered this before at this shop, and at other shops. But this time I could not get it. So I left.

Fair price. However, there's no AC in the store, which is not a good environment for staying during summer. Therefore nobody wants to stay for a hangout here. Limited staff makes the service slow.
