Jolie Nick Employees like these two, are what cause reoccurring business. This place employees winners with can do attitudes. Other AMPM 's in the area, should probably model their hiring around the parameters that this owner does. Around 5pm on 02/14/2018 I went into this AMPM for flowers yesterday. I walk in, grab the last remaining bouquet, and proceed to drip water all over the floor. It looked like I emptied the bucket. I heard I hear that! to which I responded, Kind of hard not too huh? , the employee smiles and immediately goes to get a mop. I smile and ask if I may clean the mess myself, to which she responds that 's ok! I work here, I 'll clean it for you , I asked if she was sure, to which she smiled and said that 's alright, I 'm glad to clean it up . I let her know I appreciated that and asked her name. I thanked her again. This happened in less than 60 seconds. Jolie is a valuable employee. To the owner of this AMPM, I hope you realize how valuable this employee is. An attitude like Jolie has, will take her to greater jobs, quickly. I 'd invest in her, heavily. There 's more! So I 'm standing at the register. I buy the flowers. Realize there 's only one flower still alive. Here 's the conversation after I had already paid: Me: There 's only one flower still alive man Him: Would you like me to get you new flowers? Me: No way! you don 't any more flowers in back! Him: Nah, we don 't Me: Well, could you help me out bro? Him: How can I help? Me: You can throw the rest of these flowers away, after I take the one that 's still alive, that 'd be awesome. Him: You know what, I 'd be glad to, I 'm going to refund these flowers as well. Me: No way Him: Yes, of course, they 're all dead anyway and you only want the one, so we couldn 't do that to you. Me: What 's your name? Him: Nick To the owner: This is next level customer service. I didn 't ask for anything other than to have the dead flowers thrown away. Nick went beyond what a normal employee would do. He identified a customer; with what seemed to be an issue; provided a solution in a quickly and efficient manner, then executed to his fullest ability. Nick could be a customer service rep, that kind of can do attitude will take him far. I would consider investing in Nick, just as heavily as Jolie.
