Bojangles - Burgaw

Might honestly be the worst experience I?ve EVER HAD at a public dining establishment . To start off, the lady who was working the drive through on 10/24 around 8am might be the most disrespectful hateful person I?ve ever met in any scenario anywhere ?.Food was wrong , fries were literally ice cold and old as s ?. Corporate hope your reading this because this store needs somework ?. I also GM a breakfast concept myself and the ?staffing is tough right now? only goes so far ?.

Went through the drive thru at this location and asked for a 2-piece dark snack. Received incorrect order and corrected them. They took the tenders back (which I had handled) and returned them to the container with the other chicken. Extremelyunsanitary, especially now (during COVID)!

The customer service, particularly their demeanor, is unacceptable! The staff was quite snappy when addressing us, lacking basic politeness like "please," "thank you," or "you're welcome." On the bright side, the food was good and served hot. However, it's off-putting to see employees using their cell phones while managing the drive-through and register.

We visited today to place an order for a meal before a funeral, and we were incredibly pleased with the service from Travon. He was extremely helpful and very polite, ensuring we had everything we needed. It's tough to find good employees these days, and Bojangles in Burgaw truly has a gem in him!

The food is classic Bo cuisine, always a safe bet. The staff is friendly and the service is efficient. The ambiance is casual and similar to that of a fast food restaurant.
