Zankou Chicken - Burbank

The food is good, but the service could be improved when taking orders. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

So happy to see the Zankou Chicken sign when I was on the I-5N. Had to stop for a chicken and shawarma and get my garlic fix. I love tooum and would smear it on everything.Food: 5/5

What can I say? I become Armenian when I'm devouring the food there. Their food, especially their chicken dishes, are the bomb!! Their tahini, hummus, and garlic spread go great with their falafel and their other dishes. Their shawarma and rotisserie chicken are amazing! Their cucumber and mint lemonade is great!!Vegetarian options: They have salads and falafel in sandwich (pita) form or a la carte.

Amazing food, but terrible customer service. They always mess up my order, it's a common practice to at least put utensils in the to-go orders, but it's never there.

The chicken tarna is always my favorite choice. The tahini is incredibly delicious. The mutabal is perfect and the tabbouleh is the freshest in town. The garlic butter is irresistible and will definitely keep you coming back for more. Overall food rating: 5/5.
