Wendy's - Burbank

Great quality fast food! I love Strawberry Fields—it's delicious and healthy! I always make sure to check in to support the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. Forever grateful!

This is a fantastic spot for breakfast and lunch. The service is excellent, and the place is clean. The prices are very reasonable, and they even offer salads.

We visited this Wendy's around 8:30 p.m. on a Wednesday evening. Unfortunately, the cashier at the counter was quite unfriendly and seemed disinterested in assisting customers. After receiving our drink cups and filling them, we noticed there were no straws at the drink station, nor did it look like anything had been stocked for a while. I went back to the counter to ask for straws for our party. There was only one straw in the red container on the counter. When I politely requested more straws, the same cashier rolled her eyes and walked toward the drive-thru. I’m not sure if she ever returned with straws because a very helpful young man from the line stepped up, retrieved a bag of straws from under the counter, handed them to me, and then restocked the red bin on the counter. Based solely on the cashier's attitude and the lack of attention to details like lids and straws, we will not be returning to this location. We were very disappointed with our experience at this Wendy's.

Wendy's really stands out in LA. Perhaps it's due to the strong competition from excellent burger fast food restaurants nearby, but I've found that the Wendy's locations in LA are much better than those in other states. This particular Wendy's consistently delivers a fantastic meal—it's impressive for a fast food joint! I highly recommend sticking with the classic burger and trying the new fries!
