My hushpuppy butterfly shrimp was like black burn. I thought I had the pieces that fell the chicken on the bottom of the oil. the only star is squeezing the tiny pommes I got, they said they had no ketchup for the riders and the bag came with no serviettes?

Horrible!! I was told only mild chicken available. When I was at the window, they tell another customer that there is a wait on spicy. I asked, why didn’t they give me the option to wait for the spicy chicken? The girl told me, “I don’t work here, I’m just helping.” She then yelled at someone else that the customers are annoying. To top it off, I was missing my large fries and biscuits. From bad, to worst!!!! I wish I could give a ZERO!!

Everything about this place is horrible. Waited two hours in the drive thru for an online order only to be told that they could not fulfill my order. Also, I was informed by Aya the manger that they do not drop chicken past 8 pm. So if you order chicken past 8:30 it’s probably old scraps.

8 for this quarter pound of cold shrimp tails quarter for scale . Basically just shrimp tails with the vein still in them. Biscuit and fries also cold. Drive thru person was rude.

If I could give zero stars I would! The food was lukewarm, sauces were ice cold, biscuit was hard, cajun rice was dry and bland. Had to go through the drive through twice because she did not give me the sauces I requested or napkins or a utensil to eat the rice. They also had a very limited selction of available products. Stay away from this location. Total waste of time and money!
