Pollo Campero - Burbank

The women running this restaurant are incredibly friendly and attentive. They truly care about their customers. I've dined here a few times before, and since I'm in the area, I decided to indulge in their tasty fried and roasted chicken.

I visited this restaurant recently with a few friends from church, and I have to say that the young man named Charles truly exceeded our expectations. He was incredibly friendly and made sure we all received our food promptly. Not only did he tidy up after us, but he also brought us refills for our drinks without us having to ask. It was evident that he treated his staff with kindness as well. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for its excellent customer service!

The temperature was a scorching 104 degrees, and the air conditioning was broken. When I went to get ice, I found that there was none available. I also requested some juice, but they had run out of that too. The woman who seemed to be the manager was quite rude when I asked for more juice, as if refilling ice and juices wasn't part of her responsibilities. This establishment should not be open in such extreme heat without air conditioning. I believe the health department needs to get involved.

I took my son here for dinner the other day. I?ve never been to Pollo Campero before and was completely happy with the food. We tried the fried chicken, yucca fries and plantanos. The service was amazing, we were greeted by the Manager Charles as soon aswe walked in. Him and his crew were very helpful and pleasant. Will be returning soon.

Few fried chicken places give me great surprises. Fortunately, this is one of them. I think that's the best roasted chicken I've ever eaten in my life. fresh, juicy and crispy. KFC and others have no idea!!! I can say that there is no other taste. I highly recommend it. This location is very clean and the staff is very friendly.
