Papa Johns Pizza - Burbank

They sent a delivery driver with ZERO change, for a cash order. My order was 30 dollars, and I was planning on paying with a 50 and tipping with the change. Instead, I got to tip 20 dollars on a 30 dollar order. Pizza literally tastes worse knowing that

The pizza was delicious and had a special for 1 large three topping for 17.99..on a whim I ordered the honey chipotle boneless chicken and I was so excited to try them only to be soooooo disappointed they were too breaded and the chicken wasn't all the way edible to me..I should've went with my first mind and got the traditional wings lol.. but all in all good experience

Pizza was fantastic. Ordering and customer service was horrible. Person was on phone and acted as if I was invisible. He actually walked away from the counter and stated chatting with his co-workers. Again, the pizza was fantastic. Customer service training is needed.

EVERYTIME I order from here it is a very long wait. I used to order a lot from here. I will start ordering from Little Caesars down the street. And my family also orders from here. NO MORE

Great service! Guys make a little mistake about my order, missing some extra cheese an jalapeño. However they fixed it and bring it a good attitude and Great service... Mistakes can make eany one of us. Good attitude is the best way to attend and they Did.
