Grandma's Kitchen - Bundaberg

Great service and great value. There is a wide variety of food available at very reasonable prices. I had the fish and chips meal for ten dollars. The piece of fish was very large and the chips were more than enough. Fish and chips were cooked well and served hot!!

Went for the first time on Wednesday night. Was a bit of a wait but the burgers and fish were the best. Chips were abit burnt but all in all was worth the wait and cost. Will be going back. ????

The food was just 'ok', but that's where it stopped. It cost me $27 for a burger and a fish and chips for one, which is kind of expensive, especially when the fish was overcooked and the burger sloppy. The toilets were absolutely disgusting and I had to clean the seat myself (with soap from the hand dispenser) so I could use the toilet. I'm not joking, it looked like the toilet and the entire room it was in had never been cleaned. The restaurant itself was messy and we had to clean our own table down so we had somewhere to sit. There was a makeshift office in one corner with papers and stuff spilling all over the place. I'd wanted to come and try this place for ages because I'd heard so many good things about it, but it didn't live up to any hype. I won't be going back.

Staff are great, friendly and take the time to listen. Large amounts and fresh. Best of all great prices. Cheap tuesday great bargains. Near the hospital so great if you don't know Bundaberg. Always friendly. We keep going back. Lovely mother and Son team who take pride in their work. Clean.

Last minute decision for fish and chips. Massive amount of chips!! The barramundi was farm not ocean caught so I noticed the difference but was great value. Eat in ambience not great but highly recommend take away. A wait on weekends but worth it.
