Chicken Corner - Buncrana

In Ireland, the term "deli" has unfortunately become associated with low-quality food served in supermarkets by unenthusiastic staff. However, the corner deli in Buncrana is a refreshing change from this stereotype. Despite initially being skeptical, I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of fresh breads and ingredients, such as olives and gherkins. The friendly lady working behind the counter recommended a delicious Manwich, which I enjoyed in my car. The experience felt like stepping into a deli in Manhattan, with the sandwich wrapped in brown paper and placed in a paper bag. The cheese bread Manwich was simply divine - a true representation of what a deli should be. Where have these people been all my life?

The nicest pasteries, breads and salads you're likely to get anywhere..not to mention the scones and hot chocolate

Have to leave a review for this artisan bakery. Amazing scones, cinnamon rolls, breads and that’s just the early morning treats. Have used this deli for catering events at work and their sandwiches are the real deal. Freshly baked bread, wonderful combo of fillings, fresh wholesome salads and you have to try their caramel squares and other sweet treats. You won’t be disappointed. We are lucky to have this in our town. Keep up the good work guys.

I got a salad here at lunch time. It was delicious, very healthy, fresh, tasty and good value for money. The staff all seemed very nice and friendly aslo.

Good selection of fresh foods, salads, meats, instore baked breads etc. no sit in option so nice to take away for a picnic. Had the caramel square after reading reviews and it didn’t disappoint!
