Subway - Bunbury

I had a terrible experience with the customer service when I raised a complaint about the cold food I received tonight. The staff member was unable to provide even a simple apology. Very disappointing!

We placed an order for our school sports carnival and experienced excellent customer service and delivery. Everyone was pleased with their meals, and it really made our day easy. We ordered Subway and couldn’t be happier. Thanks to the team!

The subway here is excellent. The staff is highly experienced, efficient, and friendly. They all deserve a raise!

I come in most Sundays to get my kids and I a lunch. Today I came to the store and customer service of a girl I haven't seen yet was exceptional, she was polite, took a lot of care in our subs and she was patient with my children. Her smile was contagious and her friendly personality made our experience even better. I will come back and hopefully receive the same customer service. I didn't catch her name because he was busy, but she was in a Puma shirt. Thanks subway:
