Thai Kitchen Sushi - Bulverde

The noodles had some sections that were dry and hardened, making them quite inedible. The flavor was also bland. I was disappointed.

They forgot to add teriyaki sauce to the teriyaki chicken, and the driver also forgot to pick up our edamame.

I had an excellent dining experience with fantastic food and outstanding service. The quality of the food is on par with what used to be the best restaurant in town before it changed ownership. Despite being short-staffed like many restaurants these days, the waitress was exceptional, making it hard to notice any lack of personnel. I wish I could remember her name, but I believe it started with "On." Initially, I thought I might have just chosen the best dish on the menu and caught the staff on a good day, so I decided to return a few more times. Each visit was even better than the last. I truly can't imagine experiencing better Thai cuisine or service than what I received here.

I am still enjoying the food I ordered 20 minutes ago, and I'm completely smitten! After spending time in Thailand years ago, I fell in love with the cuisine, and until today, I had only found one restaurant (in Aurora, CO) that could compare. I always start with Pad Thai when I try a new place to gauge whether I should explore their other dishes, and I genuinely can't wait to drive from New Braunfels to Bulverde for more! The woman at the front was incredibly sweet, too. I can’t wait to return!

Overall, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant. The food presentation was appealing, and the flavors were enjoyable. Although I don't live nearby, I would consider this a special place to visit occasionally. It was a wonderful experience!
