Starbucks - Bulverde

Every time I visit this restaurant, I leave feeling extremely frustrated. In my experience working in the food service industry, drive-thru orders should be a priority. However, it seems that when I deliver for DoorDash, they don't even start preparing the order until I inquire about the delay. Without exaggeration, I wait at least 30 minutes every time I visit. I see orders for the lobby and drive-thru being fulfilled quickly, even those placed after mine without a pre-order. I have a low tolerance for poor service, but this restaurant is consistently disappointing and lacks in customer service, especially given the long wait times.

The restaurant consistently has long lines and the prices continue to increase, like many other places. I usually make my own coffee, but occasionally treat myself to a latte and cheddar sausage here instead of a taco and coffee at home or the office. The restaurant is conveniently located next to five buildings I constructed and I frequently visit this area.
