Starbucks - Bullhead City

I've always gotten great service at a Starbucks. But not this one. They even argued with me that they've never made the drink still look like the pictures. Where you have the caramel or chocolate around the sides and stuff. It's always put on the top they said. I guess I'll have to start trying out the human being

They push the brewed coffee which is burnt and not worth a nickel. Next day I ordered a dark pour over and, like most Starbucks, they tried to talk me out of it. When I finally got to the window they had not started my order and made me go to the parking lot until it was done. Why must they always argue over my orders? I'll stick with Circle K always fresh and it saves time and money.

Stephanie is awesome! She's always focused up and efficient, busy or slow, even when she's on her own. The other Starbucks around town should learn from her.

Good coffee but still prefer Dutch Bros bigger coffee for a more reasonable price

Rude staff. Ordered my coffee, and paid. While making it, She asks do you want whipped cream? I said no matter of fact I 'd like cold foam . She said I didn 't charge for You for it I told her fine, no problem charge me. She says I can 't you already paid. BUT NEXT TIME you have to pay for it. Well Next time ASK ME FIRST! Like she did me some favor.. I was MORE THAN WILLING to Pay... she spoke to me like I was asking for some free hand out. Just off putting to me.
