Firehouse Coffee Shop - Bullhead City

We have been loyal patrons since our first visit when they were at the Avi, and continue with their mall location. Firehouse has been our GO TO stop on the way out of town...always for the quiche and a specialty coffee. Last few stops we have noticed that our TO GO orders take an exceptional amount of time, and they always get the order wrong. Pretty simple order; two pieces of quiche (which are in the display case and need no food prep time), and two specialty coffees. This morning, they only had one piece of quiche, so we changed up the TO GO order for a bagel, a scone, the last piece of quiche they had in the display case, and two specialty coffees. The order took quite some time to fulfill; the food items were in the display case so no food prep was necessary. The young ladies couldn't get the order right; kept forgetting to give us what we paid for, and we had to keep reminding them. There was one young lady who did put black gloves on to get the scone we ordered, but she put the scone to her nose and sniffed it. I don't know what that was about, but that is not good food handling and unsanitary. We had to tell them three times that our order was TO GO because they brought the food to us on a plate. We had to remind them that we were still waiting on our specialty coffees, and when we finally received them, the drinks appeared to have been made rapidly, and were only lukewarm. Needless to say, we have been disappointed by this poor customer service. The quiche is fabulous and rates high on our list! The service was lacking, and appears to be status quo. We are going to take a hiatus from Firehouse.

Food was delicious! Coffee and chai latte were also fantastic...and great service to boot! This was a lovely find on our way to Vegas. We will be back!

They used to have the best smoothies in town. I have tried them several times now in 2019 and I would not recommend that anyone order one, they are horrible. The food still is good when ordering a sandwich. If the new owner really wanted to continue with the success that Firehouse used to have they should try and implement a lot of the same menu and smoothie recipes and mix in a few of their own that are good. I will now go to Starbucks for a cold coffee or find another venue in town that sells good smoothies.

First impression walking through the door is... Omg this place is so cute!! Firehouse theme in every way! It's very clean and obviously well taken care of. I ordered a vanilla caramel a Heath bar frappe. They were beautifully constructed! Taste great too! The only thing I would do next time is order my drink with an extra espresso shot or something. I know everybody has their preference but I like my coffee very robust! I will express that next time around. So excited when I found out they have a rewards system in place for loyal customers. My barista Dallas was very kind and gave outstanding customer service. Give this place a shot it's worth your time!!!

Great coffee! Great food! Great atmosphere! Great wifi! I work remotely so having a good place I can sirens the day is really appreciated, but often hard to find. Firehouse is a perfect place. The coffee is great. They do free refills! The food was exceptional which I didn't expect from a coffee shop. I had the Cali Wrap, Roast Beef Sandwich, Homemade Chili, and the Spinach and Feta Quiche. Each one was delicious! The chili was worth getting twice! The staff is really fiendly. The wifi ran at about 15Mbps and I was able to do video conferencing with little problem. I did have to reconnect once when I stayed the entire day. But that was quick and easy.
