Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Terrible experience at this location in drive-thru. I attempted to redeem a code to purchase a meal, the manager Alex screamed and yelled at me advising me he could not accept my redeem code... he walked away from the drive thru window snatching his apron off his waist. All of his employees looked in disbelief because of his rude and violent behavior towards me. I have never been treated so harshly at a restaurant. My 15 year old daughter was in the vehicle, she was so disturbed by the manager 's (Alex) vicious behavior.

Guy at register, Juan J., had his AirPods on his ear and could not hear us. He took it off to hear, then put it back. I don?t understand how wearing AirPods is allowed, especially at the window when you have to communicate with the Customer. I guess he was so pre-occupied with whatever he was listening, he could not get my drink order correct. I had to ask to remake because it was wrong. Also, I noticed he continued to mess with his long hair pushing it back with hand and then Handling food. Per servsafe, employee must wash hands after touching hair. Of course he was not doing that. When I open the bag to get the food out, one of his hair was in it. Nasty. Management has much needed training to be done at this location.

Over cooked stale chicken tenders this pass Saturday. One of the workers son was playing and washing his hands in the soda fountain while filling up on drinks. Unbelievable and stale fries mixed with burnt fries. The entire employee staff was rude and staring as if the never seen and interracial couple before. I will definitely get the word out about that never will I step ??????? place in this place again. Total disappointment and disrespectful

Food great ????.The company needs to teach their cashiers the words... Courtesy and Patient especially with elderly ones( we are still learning to use the apps. Thank you !!

I just know there are a lot of hispanics work here, and dont understand English. Also my food has become sloppy. My Cole slaw is not in a container its thrown in to go plate. And my fries swimming around in the Cole slaw juice. Also a worker in the kitchen eating food. I will not be back!
