The food is amazing! Really fresh and healthy ingredients, loved my smoothie.

Dropped by Tropical Smoothie today with my daughter to get some lunch. Was disappointed to see only 2 people working an entire store on a busy weekend, but understood due to the lack of workers. Was greeted instantly by Matthew, and he recommended us the Bahama Mama smoothie. Tried out one of the Chipotle Club Flatbreads as well. The food was delivered quicker than the smoothies were, which was a little unfortunate but understandable once again. The food at Tropical Smoothie Cafe deserves a 5/5 stars! Absolutely excellent. The 4/5 stars applies to Lack of Help for these employees and the Cups. This location appeared to be out of the 24oz cups so we had to get our smoothies in 2 12oz Cups, which is fine but we weren’t previously warned of this. I would 10/10 recommend this Location! Very nice staff, seems to be hardworking as well. Hope to see them get some help! Feels like every time i come in i see a new group of people and never the same people.

Sophia and Shey were the best EVER! I have never been so satisfied at any other location. Not only were they extremely polite, they were helpful with mine and my friends order options. They went far and beyond and all at 9:01pm. Thanks girls!!!!

Kitchen staff really terrible. And attitudes are the worse waited 30mins for a quesadilla…… spend your money elsewhere
