Golden Seven #3 - Buford

I no longer have to travel 45 minutes to an hour if I want delicious PHO as the GOLDEN PHOENIX RESTAURANT in Buford is much closer to me than Duluth is. The menu has both THAI and CHINESE items on their menu so you can get whichever cuisine you are feeling like. The PHO is perfect and their GENERAL TSO CHICKEN is cooked to perfection with a slight crisp and spicy level that doesn't make you quit Service is always great with an extremely quiet environment, at least when I've gone over. I always see people come in for pick up but I always prefer my food eaten right away

Delicious food, cozy attitude, and inexpensive. I love this restaurant. I was saved with this meals for long biz trip. Vietnamese and Thai are highly recommended. For to go, take care the soup is so hot.

We're so glad this place has reopened for dine in AND it's under new management!!!! You'll find a great mix of Thai, Vietnamese and Chinese food. We had to sample them all. The bahn mi is fantastic. The bun has a wonderful crust and is tender on the inside. I had the pork. It was sweet and spicy and yummy. I love nam sod. They had larb gai which was close enough for me. It was just spicey enough and a great way to start our meal. The server recommended the Vietnamese house vermicelli. OMG! It was out of this world. Order this. You will not be disappointed. I also ordered the spicy basil noodles and Mongolian beef. Two standards and they were cooked perfectly. I highly recommend this restaurant. They do take out as well.

I was so surprise that they have Vietnamese food around this area. The V6 is a special cool noodles and it’s so good, have to come back to try the PHO since it’s getting cold outside.

My mom and I had an AMAZING experience here! Vu was super knowledgeable about the different cuisines! He greeted us warmly and we shared a few laughs.... and he’s super cute! The food tastes amazing! We can’t wait to go back!
