Bidrage med feedback30 minutes... wait for our food. Loaded for an additional sandwich... Must call supervisors to find out how to make a refund... Total waste of my time. Total Incompence... but hey, it's 2022, I'm used to it.
The sandwich was mostly warm lettuce, and both the meat and bread were soggy. I was really hungry, yet I couldn't finish it. Even the pickle, which I hoped would be decent, was old and mushy. Just take a moment to consider that.
The food was served incredibly quickly and tasted fantastic. Adam, one of the staff members, provided excellent service and remained attentive throughout my visit. Well done!
Diane, the manager, was extremely unhelpful. She refused to allow me to pick up my sub on my BIRTHDAY yesterday. Thankfully, the friendly employee Janae was kind enough to let me come in today, but Diane, unfortunately, continued to be unaccommodating and would not honor my birthday sub. This experience has been disappointing and reflects poorly on customer service. Diane's behavior was rude and disrespectful; she even hung up the phone on me. Because of this, I will no longer be a customer of Firehouse Subs. 0/10 would not recommend.
I Often visit this location. Today was my last day, the service aren?t the same. The lady Hispanic employee was very, very rude and nasty all because I ask for alittle more onions. She has very bad customer service. She been rude to me on one other occasion as well this ain?t the first time. I hope the general manager make some changes asap.
