Bidrage med feedbackI came in with a friend to meet up for some coffee. When I approached the register, the cashier was initially friendly. I ordered a classic coffee. Paid for my purchase (mind you this was before my app would load and I could scan for points which she saw me attempting). Before the transaction was even complete, another employee brought an iced coffee and tried to hand it to me. I politely said that’s not what I ordered and in a huff the original girl said I’m not dealing with this and walked away. She was beyond rude. You need to retrain your staff, Einsteins. This is unacceptable and will cause me to pick elsewhere in the future.
Love Einstein and always have, but if y'all don't start actually mixing up the iced mochas I'm going to end up somewhere else! The last 4 times the chocolate syrup just sits at the bottom, 1/2 an inch thick. It just looks sloppy and is irritating to have to fix myself with a straw.
Ethan was amazing. Definitely will be returning to this Einsteins bagel simply because of their customer service! I made a mistake with my order and they did not hesitate to make it right! Food is also amazing!
Don’t come here if you have somewhere to be. Doesn’t matter if you are the only person in the drive thru or if there is a line. The service is going to be SLOW. Customer service is below average and cashiers have no personality. They also hand you your order without a to go bag and napkins on top of your food. I come here before work (at-least 15-20 minutes and i work across the street) and i still manage to end up rushing to work due to how slow the service is. Also the cashier told me to tap my phone not even realizing the machine wasn’t even ready to accept payment, once i brought it to her attention she then said tap again. And the machine is so far from your car you have to open your door to reach it. I may not be back if improvements are not made
Avoid this location unless you want to just be upset about the whole experience!!!!!!I’ve been coming here for a while now because it’s near my house which allows for “nicer” on the road breakfast.After today I’ll take my money elsewhere or a different location. The staff is so rude and 99% of the time just seem annoyed to be doing their job. The quality of the food is inconsistent, sometimes warm and sometimes cold.Today however I waited around 8 minutes after paying for a Bacon, Avocado& Tomato Bagel.(drive thru empty)So I’m thinking okay they must be preparing it. Drive away and it was cold, probably just sitting on a counter.
