Bidrage med feedbackThe young woman who took my order mistakenly indicated that it was for takeout. When my name was called, I explained that I would be dining in. However, I was handed a tray to retrieve my food from the takeout area. The young lady displayed quite a bit of attitude during this interaction. I spoke with the manager, a black woman with an afro, but she didn't seem to take my concerns seriously. This was not the cheerful Chick-fil-A experience I'm used to.
I visited today, December 2nd, at 4:40 PM, and the line was quite long. Haley asked for assistance, but not a single person offered to help; they just stood around chatting and laughing. Despite this, Haley managed the line all by herself, preparing every drink with a smile. She truly deserves a raise for her fantastic service! I spoke with Madison to let her know about Haley's excellent performance. Great job, Haley!
We had an amazing experience at the restaurant today – my children were thrilled to meet Santa! The place was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and my kids were so happy; they even read him a story. The service was incredibly impressive. I felt very comfortable and pleased with everything overall. I would give it a 10/10!
Parking lot was overcrowded. Circled around a few times before one opened up.
Always love going to chick fil a. I enjoy being able to use the app and order ahead or use rewards at the resturant. This restaurant is always clean, and service is quick.
