Bidrage med feedbackJustin and Martín have created such a great environment to share great food and wine with friends. This has been our most frequented spot in the past couple years
Stopped in for date night a few weeks ago and really enjoyed our time! It was our first time here, and we would certainly come back. A quiet and quaint atmosphere, walking in to instantly felt warm and cozy, but in a sophisticated flavor. There was a great wine selection, and the food pairings seemed carefully selected and prepared to a high level. We both ordered a glass of wine, and share the honey goat cheese dish. A perfect start to date night, we had no complaints other than we couldn’t stay longer and choose even more to enjoy here.
Loved this place! Their drink menu is extensive, and i ordered the special, cranberry prosecco (so good). The flatbread was loaded, and ao tasty! I would deffinetly recommend, if you like wine and good food!

My comment has no relevance if the woman described below does not work for Wine on Hertel, which is usually a lovely place. I walked into this wine bar just a few minutes ago. People were inside and all the doors leading in from the street were open. I quickly headed for the bathroom because I needed to go before ordering. I realized while I was in the bathroom that I’d left my wallet in the car. A woman accosted me on my way out the door to grab my wallet. She asked, “Were you *invited*?” in a tone of disbelief, maybe sarcasm, with emphasis on “invited.” It was clear that she meant to make me feel uncomfortable. Everyone else on the room was looking at me, the would-be customer who had blundered into this setting not knowing I would be publicly humiliated. I had had no idea that the open door meant that people from the street were *not* supposed to walk in and order. Instead of politely and/or kindly informing me that there was a private event going on, this woman chose to humiliate me in front of the group. She then went on to repeat more than once that yes, this was a private event. I’d guess that she was enjoying what she was doing in making me aware of my idiocy. I hope I never have to be spoken to by that unfeeling woman again.
