This is a great up and commng BBQ restaurant. . The brisket was seasoned well the flavor of the meat was great. No need for sauce- but the sauce is one of the top sauces I have had.

Really good BBQ! We had the brisket sandwich with potato salad and it was delicious! Had to bring home some sausage and brisket for later ?

Honestly some of the best flavored brisket I’ve ever put in my mouth. I remember when Wade cooked at another BBQ place in town a few years ago. It was good but what he does now is different. Would like to know his secret. Everything I’ve had there is great but the brisket is top shelf. I’ve had Snow’s BBQ and had the opportunity to eat at some of the other highly touted BBQ joints around the state but I’ve never really had that eye opening flavor from any of them. I got that at Wade’s place. Do yourself a favor and get there early. Get the brisket and get a little extra so you don’t have to make a return trip to town.

Best brisket in TX I’ve been in many BBQ places around the country and was surprised with this small Family owned, got the 3 meat combo the brisket, Ribs, and pulled pork, best I ever had but the brisket is above and beyond. Thanks you for the very delicious lunch.
