Undergrounds Coffee House And Roastery

Totally unexpected find in the area, very cute coffee shop! Today we enjoyed a guava refresher (unsure of the real name), a latte with oat milk, and two vegan cookies. My husband has previously enjoyed a sandwich and other vegan cookies all reportedly delicious. Fun vibe inside, love the paintings, pictures, and display for the mug club. They also offer unique coffee blends, soaps/bath bombs, mugs, shirts, etc. Seating both indoors out, typical coffee shop music and vibe. Highly recommend!

This is my coffee spot every morning. Great cold brew and great people. The Undergrounds has the vibe of an East Village coffee shop so I love to get my Alphabet City fix here.

The door that thinks it is a table is flat out the signature item in this place.

Great place for coffee and conversation. The food is good too

This place is definitely a great vibe. I love the decorations and how spread out seating is. The menu offers a wide variety of food items for breakfast and lunch. I got the honey lavender latte, a parfait, a bagel and it was great.The only downfall is my husband got a sausage egg and cheese bagel and with the exception of the actual bagel it’s all microwaved so the sausage was kinda blah. I normally wouldn’t believe it if we weren’t sitting at the booth and could see the food being made. Call me picky I get it; but for the prices of this place having the food cooked in a microwave is kind of a downer. Spent $51 on 3 drinks, 2 sandwiches, a bagel and a parfait. Not completely horrible with the way our economy is and inflation, just didn’t expect things to be cooked in a microwave.Still give 4 out of 5 stars because it’s a beautiful place but I’ll stick to the coffee and parfaits :
