Outback Steakhouse - Buffalo

I ordered a pick up order for the first time yesterday and I'll never do that again. It was one of the most disappointing meals of my life. I ordered a burger. It wasn't seasoned. I request pickles to come on it and what I got was thinly sliced CUCUMBER. It was gross! I opted for the sweet potato side with honey butter but they gave me mustard?!! What the f. If that was my only experience at this outback location it would have been one star but I've eaten inside a few times and it's always been decent and good. I can't help but wonder why my take out order would be so messed up after having good experiences eating inside ad many times as I have. The only thing I can think of it that either the staff did it intentionally because I didnt tip on the online order because I like to tip in cash, OR they're really just that dumb and careless.

Waiter was awesome and very knowledgeable. Will definitely go back.

We were here on Walkabout Wednesday and everything was perfect. Steak done exactly as ordered and of course the baked sweet potato was so good. 6/19/24 Came to celebrate hubby's birthday. Actually has the same meal but added the French onion soup also. The soup was delectable. Nathan made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely coming back.

Food is OK but they put way to much seasonings all over it.

Love coming here for date night! Nicole, our server, was very nice and attentive : will be coming back!
