Osteria 166 - Buffalo

Amazing food, waiter recommended an excellent wine pairing for my dish. Wonderful experience.

I bought spaghetti with a big meatball as a takeout meal. The food was awful. The meatball was cold and foul tasting. The spaghetti was undercooked and the sauce was tasteless and of an odd consistency. There was a big blob of something white (sour cream? Mayonnaise? plopped in the middle of everything. I removed it. I’ll never buy food from this restaurant again.

Went there for a event great atmosphere the meatballs was very good. The staff was fantastic I would definitely go again.

The food was delicious and they accommodated my gluten and dairy allergies. They even had vegan protein options. Plus the server was very familiar with allergies and made me feel comfortable to eat. That does not happen often especially when traveling for business.

We waited a bit to get food and wine but the wine selection was superb and the food was worth waiting for. From the appetizers to the main course to the dessert everything was phenomenal. By the end we felt well attended to by the staff and the personable owner who made certain we were welcome in a place that obviously has regulars. We’ll return as often as we can.
