Mcdonald's - Buffalo

Absolutely the fastest service I've ever had at a McDonald's location. Same food consistency I've come to expect.

Phoebe was very pleasant and cheered me up after horrid customer service at Hardee's. Gave a smile and a laugh with our food. I will be back for this service.

It's not bad but they have a problem with getting food out on time and getting the order

Went through the drive through, was told to pull forward. Waited 10 minutes and still no food. Went inside to check on the order, they didn't have it. Was told this was the third time today that happened. Waited another 15 minutes for food and the order still wasn't right. They need better processes in place for customer service!

Worst place to get FAST FOOD! regardless if you use the app no wait also regardless if YOU 'RE THE ONLY ONE IN LINE , umm pull fwd and wait 20 minutes AFTER I get my frozen drinks ..... My God people if you are going to make someone wait DO NOT GIVE THEM THE FROZEN DRINK
