Culver's - Buffalo

We have ice cream to celebrate the last day of school! It was delicious, they let people eat in, it was not crowded, the ride thru line was a little long, but waiting is worth it! Yayy!

I would give it 4.5/5 stars Food is always fresh and tasty The drive thru times are a bit long (expect 15 20 minutes on a weekend) other than my order being messed up one time it is awesome!

Really nice staff, quick service and clean facility. Would always reccomend for something quick to eat that's better than your typical fast food.

Having never encountered Culver's before, as I'm from the west coast of Canada, I stopped by with some local friends and was assisted by Serenity. I must say, she really went above and beyond. I struggled with indecision, but she patiently walked me through the menu to ensure I had the best experience possible. Despite the slow pace of my decision-making, she maintained a wonderful attitude and even checked on me during my meal. Serenity is truly an MVP and a star asset for Culver's.

The manager, Jeremy, was amazing! This was truly the best customer service I've experienced! A few weeks ago, I ordered a Cod Fish dinner and some of the fish wasn't ready. When I returned to ask about it, Jeremy was very helpful. I placed another order, and he ensured everything was prepared perfectly! The food is delicious, and the service is outstanding! I’m definitely coming back!
