LICE! LICE! LICE! Came here two days ago with 2 other people. Spent 30 mins cuddling and petting all 7 cats and paid for another 30 mins to come back and take a closer look at the cats and they’re all full of HUGE lice and fleas!… There’s no way they take care of those cats properly! We couldn’t be a Karen and make a scene, so we just walked out. But this can’t continue. DO NOT GO HERE!

The atmosphere was very friendly and the cats were playful and well taken care of. If I ever want to adopt another cat I will definitely be coming back.

I loved it here!! they had a few kittens that we played with while we drank our coffees (which tasted great). all the workers were super friendly as well. if we weren’t from out of town, we definitely would have left with a new kitten today.

I visited for the first time today and this place is absolutely wonderful! The staff is very friendly and their food is delicious. I highly recommend the sharp cheddar and fig jam panini (the pickle potato chips are to die for, too).I visited during COVID restrictions, so I had the whole cat room to myself. They had five cats there at the time, including three playful kittens! I had so much fun interacting with the cats. It was very relaxing, especially since I didn't have to share the space. They are allowing up to five people (must be in the same party) in the cat room per booking.I recommend booking online to ensure your time slot (I paid $8.70 with tax for one hour, which is on par with other cat cafes I've visited). Walk-ins are taken, but only when available, and I think it's better to book online if you really want to visit, as it seems to be a popular spot.UPDATE on 8/20/23: I love Buckminster's so much that I visit often from Rochester (about an hour and 15 min drive, for those unfamiliar with the area). The environment is soothing and the food is excellent. The Cheddar and Fig panini is my favorite. One of my favorite cat cafes I've ever been to.
