Bravo Italian Kitchen Walden - Buffalo

The first time at bravos had to wait over an hour and 15 minutes to get our dinner after the order of everything the short personalized waitress was running wild because had too many tables it was just terrible never return

Our server Amanda was super nice. The food was good. Missed out on Lobster Bisque (out of stock)so will have to go back another time

My girlfriend and I eat at Bravo often.The food is always superb as it was tonight . The problem was the service . It was terrible.The server took our order and then the salad was delivered by someone else and then the main course by someone else again . When we saw her again we asked for coffee. She brought cold coffee twice . The first time she actually told us that it was probably cold and not fresh . She said try it and if it’s not hot I’ll go make a fresh pot. She then left to go make a fresh pot . She was back in minutes and it was again not fresh . We never saw her again until I had to track her down to get our check and again to give her the payment. As a side note,while we sitting on the veranda , a stranger came up to us and asked how the service was. He informed us that the last time he was here it was terrible and he had to wait 35 minutes to get his food and he never got bread . We told him the food was great and he should give the restaurant another try. We then saw him enter and get a table, hoping his service was better than ours . This was very discouraging as we really loved this restaurant.

Food was good, but the wait for our food was quite long.

Nice place, service was at times slow. Meal for all 6 very good.
