Bison Creek And Dining - Buffalo

I planned to enjoy the all-you-can-eat walleye, but after waiting 20 minutes, I was finally offered a drink and placed my order. The food arrived, but I never saw the waitress again. I waited about 40 minutes to order more walleye. Eventually, I had to ask the owner for my bill. I was very disappointed with the overall experience. He didn't apologize for the service; he simply offered me a $5 coupon for my next visit. I will not be returning here again.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with raw onion and American cheese, and unfortunately, half of the bacon was still undercooked. After just two bites, the burger had a strange taste reminiscent of nearly spoiled meat. On the positive side, the staff were friendly; however, it was clear they were understaffed. The bartender was hustling between a party in one room and the entire bar area, while the server seemed to be moving at a leisurely pace. It felt like management either wasn’t present or didn’t seem to care about the situation, as they could have done a better job supporting their team.
