Oakville Hakka House - Buffalo

We tried several dishes such as hot garlic shrimp, hot garlic chicken , noodles, fried rice , chilli beef, kungpao chicken, Manchurian etc. , but was kind of disappointed . Other than the chilli beef everything else was made of same kind of gravy . The taste of all the dishes were similar and made of same sauce. The dishes were very saucy and the food was not as expected as the reviews I saw, in-fact disappointed. Out of all the dishes we tried, chilli beef was nice, would not say the same about others.

Dietary restrictions: I’m allergic to dairy and they were accommodating It’s the best Hakka place I have been in a long time. Food was fresh and well prepared and the presentation was great. Service amazing Mother’s Day dessert was to die for.. I’m a foodie and fully recommend this amazing little place that has far the best food. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Really bomb Hakka food. Food was so fresh like off-the-wok, hand-delivered-by-the-chef fresh. Really recommend fish pakoras. Saucy Chili beef was very good too , went well with the Manchurian chicken noodles. Great, friendly service. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
