Mistakes happen, but with a little more caution they can be taken care of, last night your store's front door was left open, i had a delivery next door. I did my job to close your store's front door. Burgers are always good if not expensive. But what really drives me crazy they ask for a tip at the point of service then I'm cleaning the tables in the restaurant everytime. How has this become so common at this location. Tables are always dirty. Have a little more pride in the appearance of the restaurant. Although the food is good the service was a nightmare. I did a big order (13 burgers and fries) I asked the manager if I could write down the names of each persons order so they could write it on the burger wrapping, and she said they will number them for me, which wasn’t much help bc I still had to go through and reference each customized order and I also asked for a box to only have to make one trip to my car and the manager said no so I had to make multiple trips to my car with paper bags that were over stuffed and ripped with grease oozing out of them.
