Ratskeller - Bürstadt

We cannot recommend this location and the host. The food was even recommended during our visits, but the host does not adhere to his promises and takes only finished products at events. The service is a catastrophe at events, you could not say there. The costing of the buffet for 80 people was ridiculous and a cheese plate that would not have been enough for 20 people. Expired coffee cream,wrong menu cards,no conditions to see, guests need to peg themselves and clear,no ice cubes at 38Grad. Supposedly there is no curfew, the wedding was canceled at 1:00 at night, we were really kicked out. The band was also open end. A Bedinung even insulted guests and another one admitted that a booked beverage fluff would like to forget the service. The location is really nice, but the events are regularly sabotaged. Unfortunately, we have had to experience this more than once.

Extremely friendly and fast operation and good bourgeois food. We had a delicious Rumsteak and a Spanferkelbread with lumps and red cabbage. You're welcome.

With wonderful hiking weather, Mr. Block offered the most delicious food today with his, rotating grill and his team.

A goose, very pink and delicate and tasty, right class. Also the supplements are tasty and rich, from rose cabbage to chestnuts to dumplings all around well. As a family with a pre-registration for Christmas goose, not a very warm welcome or a small palate. And various parts of dishes or glasses with cracks or large bleeders, unfortunately not a good business card but below average. Conclusion: Gans good, would not be the point deductions

For years we were good customers of the Ratskeller even the wedding party of a family member was booked here two years ago in the barn and also celebrated... (with the corresponding revenue for the now self-esteeming and little customer-oriented boss the customer is king? Surely not! Today (4.11.2018 we are totally disappointed. The steak is good, but the salmon is not by and moderate, the pommes just greasy and bad. The roasted potatoes mostly burned. We share this without making any substitutes. With Schlemmerblock we are still second choice customers... As a family anyway! As a family, our child's children's plate in the Ratskeller still counts as the most favourable main dish, which makes our Schlemmerblock simply superfluous and the inadequate services of the Ratskeller everything else than legitimate! We don't buy a slinger block anymore as a family and will never visit the Ratskeller again because pride comes before the case!!! Too bad Mr. Chief of the Ratskeller, you should perhaps not forget that the customer is always king, because hopefully you decided in your business. If not, please all those who read this current review, do not visit or book this location if they have the same, or similar experiences as we do. This is the only way we can see Mr Ikarus.
