Johnny Rockets - Buena Park

This is the branch within the Knotts Berry Farm. Onion rings were overpriced, cold and soggy when I was given. Milkshake took a long time to make. Server said machine didn't work, but I see her make milkshake. Many employees stand simple, observe customers so cook food before time and serve them cold.

I came to knots berry farm on a field trip. Me and two friends got in line before the restaurant opened so we were pretty early in line. When it opened, they seated us and said they?d be back to take our order. But it took almost an hour. People had already been served food before our order was even taken. Then it took like 30 more minutes for our food to be served. I only give it two stars because the food was good, but god that service was terrible. I expected to be there for maybe an hour, not more than two.

About an hour wait to get seated but we came on a busy day. We ordered and were served our food within 10 minutes. They were understaffed at the moment so our food was taking apparently longer than expected. To compensate they gave us extra for no additional price. Great service.

We decided to go here because we'd never been to a Johnny Rockets. But, I remember seeing it in Undercover Boss, so I was curious. We were able to get seated right away in a booth. There were only two of us and we ordered way too much food. We ended up bringing home or should I say to the hotel most of the bacon cheese fries. Moral of the story: don't eat too much at an amusement park. ; I didn't feel like riding any rides after eating there, but luckily, we ate there late in the afternoon and went on the rides that we wanted to. We had a good experience when we were here.

Our waitress was nice and fast, the food was great and the shake was delicious. It's a little expensive, but it's in a theme park. What else would you expect? Overall, I'd come here again.
