Jersey Mike's Subs - Buena Park

Every time I have been here I have been greeted and served in a friendly inviting manner. The subs are great the staff are great. I do wish the AC worked better because I feel for the staff members and it does seem to get warm in there. A+

They won 't take online or mobile orders half the time. I worked at this exact location and in my time as a worker that would be unacceptable, if it 's too busy hire more workers because it 's ridiculous to travel cities over for a sandwich. So much for ASub Above

We have ordered from this location many times since it opened but the last 2 times we got food that we would not eat. The dryest cheesesteak and buffalo chicken sub ever with unmelted cheese. I called the store to get them remade, returned with thesandwiches where the manager on duty came out to refund my money without anything remotely like an apology. When I commented hetold me it was because there was nothing wrong with the sandwich. I'm sorry I expect something other than a dry sandwich. Idon't think it's too much to ask to get my items as expected and previously received from jersey Mike's -not dry! Sodisappointed and won't be back.

Portions on tub (mobile) orders are hit or miss... Staff should be trained in what a full serving should look like. I go here once or twice a week and even though most times I come my order is perfect, a couple times I'll end up with a tub that lookslike a half order.. Which I don't understand, given I order the same thing every time.. Pickup times are reasonable, foodalways tastes great. Should consider getting some to-go packets of vinegar.

This place is my spot. I, either call in my order, order on the app here, or and order in person. All different ways to order here, and they don't fail me. No problem with my sandwich. Thank you ????
