Crooklets Inn - Bude

I had a pleasant experience with the staff, particularly the friendly server. However, I ended up waiting 35 minutes for our main courses and then an additional 45 minutes for dessert. The restaurant wasn't busy at all; there were only two other tables that arrived after us. I'm not sure why the delays occurred. The kids really enjoyed their pizza, and the dessert was quite nice, but I wouldn't recommend the beef burrito as it tasted like low-quality ground meat. Price per person: £10–20. Overall, I’d rate the food a 3 out of 5.

The pub offers solid food with a nice variety, including great options for kids. The burger was particularly impressive. It's conveniently located near the beach and shows football matches! They have a good selection of drinks and seating both indoors and outdoors, providing a nice view of the 4th tee of the golf course. There's also a pool table available. Delicious food at a fair price. We ordered the Dirty Burrito and the Peri Peri Chicken, both of which were very flavorful and served in compostable containers. It’s great that they prioritize eco-friendly practices while providing a tasty dining experience!
