Ran to this place on holiday. Service was excellent and food was delicious. I order the Carbonara, which was creamy and yet not so creamy, it was perfect! It's small, but great!

Excellent service, good food. The owner is also author and he gave us one of his books on the history of Hungary. Appropriate prices. Food quality was excellent. The violinist and the pianist were very nice. Recommend this place.

I’ve never been compelled to write a Google review until now— this restaurant deserves appraisal! It’s the best one we’ve experienced in all of Budapest, and you’re definitely in for a treat if you choose to go here. We were greeted with traditional piano music and then were introduced to wonderful violin music and Hungarian dances from talented performers. All of the food we ordered was perfectly cooked, and the wait staff was polite and attentive. The owner of the restaurant, Rick also surprised us with a signed copy of his book! As a tourist, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone who is appreciative of performance arts and wants to try some delicious food!
