Louie's Craft Bbq - Buda

Everything about this restaurant was fantastic. The service was excellent, the meal was a perfect choice for lunch, and the food was top-notch. The atmosphere was also wonderful, earning a rating of 5 out of 5.

I had a great experience dining at Louie's for the second time. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is excellent. I want to give a special mention to the delicious queso elote! We also tried their tacos and sausage, both were very tasty. I was so excited to dig in that I forgot to take any pictures.

Louie 's Craft BBQ was recommended by a friend who STRONGLY urged (read: practically begged) me not to mention it to anyone else, to keep the secret as it were. Following up on such a recommendation thus became imperative, and on taking my first bite of Louie 's brisket I fully understood (and yet, I feel compelled to praise the place all the same, hypocrisy thy be human). On my visit I very much enjoyed 1/4 pound of the aforementioned brisket, a remarkable pulled pork taco, and a Texas-size limeade. A brilliant light linch (for barbecue) that came in at under $20...and that included the crazy-delicious chicken wing taste that was generously offered gratis at precisely the right moment. Never to be forgotten.
