No RECOMMENDATIONS! Cost-effective food (according to 2x normal price, expensive burgers, etc., poor service. Even we thought we had dinner and spent 100 euros at the table, they refused to serve us drinks after 11 PM (1 hour before closing time. The waiters pretended they hadn't seen us or told us that they would approach, although it remained almost an hour to serve. They forced all tables to leave by cleaning the other tables and chairs. When we asked if they closed at 12 o'clock, they said more or less and made a sign of how to go. We didn't feel welcome and didn't come back.

I was also at Hard Rock Café in Ibiza and the food here was much better than in Spain. The nachos are homemade, the beef is absolutely delicious (both the added steak for the nachos and the beef patties for the burgers). The portions are very large, we share the nachos in 3, then had burgers and shared a hot fudge brownie that was unexpectedly good. Our waiter Andrei was very dedicated and ensured that our food was good and that we had a good experience. The food was served very quickly and we had no problems. Even if you like cocktails, I recommend Bahama Mama (has a coconut aftertaste). Come here more often.

Our server was Marius who went over and above to make my birthday evening a wonderful experience with my husband and friends while visiting Bucharest. It was such a lovely evening with Marius making sure we had everything we needed and offering suggestions and helping with any questions. The food was incredible and great cocktails. The birthday cake and wine was a lovely touch from Hard Rock! The evening was perfect and I just wanted to highlight Marius as a great member of staff and a credit to Hard Rock! The singing of Happy Birthday to me was wonderful by Marius and other staff.

The place is beautiful and big, location is great and a tourist or an expat will feel at home. If you have been to other hrc, this is it. You arrived. The minus side is that the place has more serving stuff than all bars on my street in Bucharest, apps for orders and floor manager talking into an ear piece... and with a really small amount of clients compared to floor staff, the whole flock of them is rushed, somewhat confused and gives a very stressed, snappy vibe. Not what I want to deal with during free evening. Getting something from the shop was nice though. Would I reccommend it? Sure, as much as macdonalds, Starbucks and other generic chains. In other cities, Hard Rock Cafés are usually a bit more than that though, a home away from home.

We were in a few hard rock cafes, but this is by far the best! The food and the drinks were great, but what made the day was the staff. Catilin, Madalin, Alex, Dani and Marian went out to make us welcome. We did not get all the names, but all the staff were friendly and helpful and the place is spotless clean, would recommend a visit.
